Great interview with many terrific takeaways.
Mike, your podcasts are always over-the-top and consistently provide invaluable insight. We all know how busy you are and please know that providing quality content to your listeners is always much appreciated.
Kevin, I was very impressed and inspired by your journey. I wanted to learn more about your Shopify SEO strategies. I am in the process of launching a Shopify site and any specific instructions that you could provide about getting those links reconfigured so that they are more SEO-friendly would be very much appreciated.
Thank you….
Jayne

I think it’s very hard now for an ecommerce company to make fulfillment one of their competitive advantages. A few years ago having a giant warehouse with your own staff you could ship quicker and cheaper than a much smaller company. Now with FBA and all of the other competition in the 3PL space everyone can be in the same place, large or small.
