Yes Katie… the transcriptions come out a couple weeks after the episode, though we are trying to cut that timeframe down.

IMO, there’s few marketing components that can compare in importance to reducing freight times from Asia, reducing stock outages, maximizing cash flow, minimizing storage fees, minimizing shipping charges, reducing transit times to customers, etc.
